I was sure that it will be good cheese so bought two of these rindless, crottin shaped brie cheeses. Even though I prefer brie when it is little stinky (like http://anjaeatscheese.wordpress.com/2012/06/02/traditional-french-brie/) the fresh brie amazed me with its luscious flavor. I would like to see more such extraordinary cheeses at my local TJ’s store.
