Eating TOMME de chevre was an amazing experience . I bought that cheese during my visit my Poland in May. Goat’s milk Tomme is as rich and full of character as the place where it is made. Lons is a village in the Pyrénées-Atlantiques department in south-western France. The cheese is ripened for 3 months. There are several varieties of the cheese according to surface, that could be bare or covered with a whitish or bluish mold or with red flora. The melting in the mouth texture is white, smooth and soft .
