I had been ignoring Double Gloucester for some time. I doesn’t look very attractive to me ; it has a strange texture and yellow color. Anyway, I finally decided to buy a piece (I craved for a new flavor) remembering that I really love British cheeses. It tastes very good, especially grilled, when its flavor becomes buttery and sweet.
