West Country English Farmhouse Cheddar Cheese Truckle

Unwrapping the cheese is like opening too carefully packed Christmas present. At t first you have to remove a piece of fancy looked cloth.Then you need a sharp knife to cut through black hard wax cover.

Now you can enjoy the view of its buttery, soft and slightly crumbly paste and of course  feel its aroma.

Finally,  you can cut a piece, put into your mouth and feel its intense and sharp flavor. Great cheddar – I ate 2/3 of the truckle at once.
